The CustomFit™ Breast Pump Flange Insert, CustomFit™ Angled Flange has been designed and introduced by Ameda® to help moms that are experiencing either difficulty in expressing breast milk, feel uncomfortable or are dealing with pain during breast pumping.
In general, currently available breast flange sizes tend to work for most mothers but sometimes due to the breast flange being the incorrect size, this makes breast pumping a very unpleasant experience. This tends to happen especially to moms where the nipple diameter is slightly smaller than the recommended size in relation to the breast flange.
The CustomFit™ Breast Pump Flanges Insert Sizes range from Small (22.5mm), Standard (25mm), Medium (28.5mm), or Large (30.5mm) and are to be used with a flange to reduce the size of the flange, making breast pumping more a comfortable, more productive and enjoyable experience.
